Core application specifications were developed closely aligned with key business processes to provide a seamless experience to users and minimise administration overhead by fully automating back-office processes with the application.

The primary focus of the website is to provide a service to borrowers (Mortgage and Home Loan seekers) such that they can publish their requirement anonymously online for the attention of registered Mortgage brokers/Lenders and Mortgage providers.  Ease of use by both borrowers and providers was a priority and through the use of Web 2.0 (AJAX) technology this was achieved.

An integrated billing and invoicing system including integrated content management solution was also provided to simplify administration and operations.
